Welcome to Great Kimble Church of England School

Our school community is built upon the strong foundation of Christian values, which guide us in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all. We believe in the importance of fostering academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth in every child and believe our school will offer your child the best start to their educational journey.

The children at Kimble are awesome! They are polite, hardworking students who have fostered a love of learning and whose behaviour is exemplary through the high standards of expectations set of them. Our behaviour for learning policy allows our children to grow and self-regulate through encouraging them to take ownership of their behaviour. Through our behaviour rules of ‘Be ready, Be respectful, Be Safe,’ we promote children to be happy citizens of the school and the wider community.  

The Kimble staff are a loving, respectful team that care for one another and the children and families that attend our school.  Together, we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported. We have implemented robust safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being and safety of all our students. We encourage an atmosphere of forgiveness, endurance, hope, love, thankfulness and respect, where diversity is celebrated and differences are embraced.

This website provides an insight into the rich, meaningful learning experiences that we offer all children. It will also provide you with all of the statutory information and policies that you may require. It helps to maintain good links with parents, children and our local community but our pupils are the best ambassadors for our school and therefore we would encourage you to book a visit to the school to see us in action.
