As you know, this week is Children's Mental Health week! We know that to stay healthy we must eat healthy food and exercise often. Well, looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after the rest of our bodies. This year's theme is, 'Express Yourself!' What do you think this means?
Go through the PowerPoint below and learn a bit more about looking after our mental health. Then your first task is to choose something that makes you feel good and you enjoy doing; something that expresses who you are! You could listen or make music, do some art, go for a walk or play a sport!
Taking the time to do things that we love is a great way to relax, unwind and look after our minds.
