Welcome to Great Kimble Church of England School

I am delighted to welcome you to Great Kimble C of E School and pleased that you are paying us a visit so we can share with you some of the things that make our school a very special place to be. I believe that our inclusive, friendly and caring school will offer your child the ideal start to school life.

We have grown a loving, respectful staff team that care for one another and the children and families that attend our school. Every child who joins our school becomes part of the Great Kimble family. As part of that family, we teach the children the importance of respecting one another, being polite and appreciating our unique differences.

Our vision is that all are nurtured to love, learn, live and grow. With this vision in mind, we have developed a rich curriculum where children are educated to become confident, happy and successful learners.

Great Kimble C of E School is an all through Primary School. In 2019 our site increased significantly with the addition of two new classrooms and a school hall. In January 2018, Great Kimble C of E School became an academy and part of the Great Learners Trust. You can find details of the Great Learners Trust by following the link Our Trust. We are proud of this collaboration and the commitment that all schools in the Trust hold to providing the best possible educational experiences for all our children. 

This website provides an insight into the rich, meaningful learning experiences that we offer all children. It will also provide you with all of the statutory information and policies that you may require. It helps to maintain good links with parents, children and our local community but our pupils are the best ambassadors for our school and therefore we would encourage you to book a visit to the school to see us in action.
